Anthony would like a shot at US presidency

Anthony said technology was his favorite subject, so I asked if he wanted to be a computer scientist when he grew up. He answered, "No, I still should be a city councilman, then the mayor, then maybe the President."
The election 2 days ago prompted his interest and ambition. Good for him, but he needs to overcome his" B-" grade first, especially when the teacher normally gives all A's.

Monster lobster feast

Mom’s friend Mrs. Lin’s son Charlie’s patient gave him a monster lobster yesterday. Mom said Charlie’s wife didn’t want to kill it, and Mrs. Lin wanted nothing to do with it. So she gave it to mom. Mom was occupied with Majong with Mrs. Fang, so she brought it over and put me in charge of it. It was one scary looking lobster, but oh soooo goooood!

First time ice skating

I took the kids ice skating today.  I purchased a Groupon for lessons back in July, but haven't been able to find time (not because of my schedule, but theirs).  I thought I'd better get the lessons in before the Groupon expires, so instead of chopping, kicking, and howling in Taekwondo, they did some slipping and sliding on the ice for 1.5 hours.  They didn't want to leave!

Waiting for their very first ice skating lesson.
Learning the basics from Coach Jacob.
Feeling pretty comfortable on the ice after 30 minutes.
